she's well aware her base doesn't understand fuckall of what she's talking about. that's her niche.

its the same strategy obama used when he used his bully pulpit to wag his finger at investment banks in the wake of the '08 meltdown: "count on ignorance". 90% of his voter base got all pissy and picketed their local savings & loan because they haven't the foggiest fucking idea what an investment bank does or what the difference is. they literally protested their own checking accounts, lulz.
