Hi is there any indication that my site is sanboxed by google?
I mean is it just stuck in it's place? or remove from the results?

and the second question is how much time it usually takes to see results of backlinking work?
lets say that I made a work on backlinks for 2 days and I made 100 backlinks - pinged them all-how many days in your opinion I should wait to see if I need more backlinksto improve my SERP?

To answer your first question, I generally consider my site sandboxed if it gets stuck in the 100-200 spots for more than a couple weeks. Usually for a brand new domain, after your initial indexing, you may have some top 30 SERP's for a couple of days, and then you get bumped well over 100 and stay there. I've seen it last 3 weeks, and I've seen it last 6 months. All you can do is keep building content and links during that time and hope it comes out sooner than later. The worst thing you can do is just ignore it and not continue working on it. They all get out of the sandbox at some point, but a lot of people have given up on the site before that time comes.

For your second question. I generally figure that it's going to take a minimum of 2 weeks to see any results from any link building that I do today. Once again, this isn't the gospel, but a pretty good guideline from my experience.
