Sales copy on membership sites

I have visited some membership sites and some have a long sales copy letter and some have a short one, while others have a very short sales pitch.

Does anyone here know what would convert better? any suggestions?

There is absolutely no way to tell without trying it. Fortunately, that's a lot easier now with things like Google's free optimizer tool thingy.

Try short, try long, try a squeeze page - try anything that might work. That's the only way to know.
