running same domain .com/.info off same DB ok?

I have an exact match domain for .info and .com TLD's. Is it ok if I run them each off of the same database rather than just redirecting one or will that be considered duplicate content?

I looked into doing that, but then will articles show up as Mydomain.com/article or will it still redirect to mydomain.info/article?

If you did a 301 redirect from .info to .com then it will redirect to mydomain.com/article
