so let's say i have people and office space to run my entire affiliate business from bolivia. i would have rebills and other high yield offers as primary operations. oz, oprah and all the unmentionables flourishing visibly and all that.

-- what could honestly happen to the people in the office?

let's further assume that the office is is no way registered anywhere. network payment info would go to an offshore location, again not tied to neither myself nor my team.

what could stop me?

ps; don't come with host/registrar issues since those are by far one of the least worrisome possessions one could lose in this scenario......... ;)

WTF?!!! You're going to set up an operation in Bolivia (of all places) to scam people? If you're going to stoop to that level why don't you just "slang rock" on the street corner?

Because there are police that walk the streets arresting people for doing precisely that. If you're going to make arbitrary "If you're... why don't you?" statements on the internet, why don't you go eat a dick?

He's talking about hiding, really, really well, and he's asking who could catch him. Apples to oranges.

OP: If anyone's tried what you're talking about, they're not going to tell you about it here.

Retards should be ostrasized at conferences and banned from wickedfire. That is all

Evelyn why do you feel the need to be such a retard? Did you really think this thread was going to yield anything productive? Just fucking kill yourself. No one is going to tell you how to run your business ffs

Not exactly. They're both "criminal" activities. That's apples to apples. The point is, why go through all that trouble to do something illegal when you can make just as much money, or more, doing something completely legit? Not to mention, it will probably be easier AND you'll sleep easier every night.

Oh, and P.S.

"If you're... why don't you?" statements on the internet, why don't you go eat a dick?

Spoken with true class.

No way man, selling rocks is easy. Slinging berries is not. Show me a crack dealer with a .com, and I'll show you a photoshop thread. Point is, these here internet monies are much more white collar, by which I mean evidence of your naughties tends to linger for a long time.
You can sell rocks in NYC today, and quit doing it tomorrow. Huzzah! But I know guys with o*rah-will-save-your-life-with-acai-berry.com, and they can't just pawn off the domain and start sleeping soundly.
He's talking about making a permanent relocation, to exclusively relocate to countries without a US extradition policy, for pretty much the rest of his life, in exchange for presumable fortunes after a pretty arduous amount of work [while, I agree, he could probably make more, legally, without leaving his couch]. In other words, OP is a dumbass, but no, this is not like slinging rocks.
Spoken with true class.
I do my best. :)

A company I worked for was getting constantly DDOS'd by a bunch of pricks out of Turkey. My boss went to Turkey, and withdrew $15000 in cash there. He spent $800 to find the guy's physical address from the ISP, and $12000 bribing the police to arrest him and hold him on bogus charges. The moral of the story: If you fuck someone over enough, someone with the will and means to find you, no corner of the Earth will be safe. You think the third world gives you legal immunity? Sure, but there is NOWHERE that give you immunity from the cold, hard cash of your enemies.

The credit card or payment processor...the real problem with rebill regulations isn't the protecting hte company from legal problems, its keeping the payments coming through the complaints and regulations when most of the world uses visa and mastercard.

exactly...thats the downside of these countries...
if somebody hates u enough it is a lot easier to find you and kick your ass......no questions asked

Try it and report back here with how it turns out for you, in full detail.

There are always paper trails. No matter how clever you think you are, or how secretive you can be, you will make a mistake. Guaranteed. And if you've pissed enough of the wrong people off, from whichever country, you may end up in prison or dead, and then what would be the point of it?

In my opinion, nothing is worth going to prison over. Especially not business stuff.

Well, you basically are guaranteeing you'll never be able to re-enter the USA without being slapped with a subpoena.
