Run By Affiliates Question

Day before yesterday i was browsing Affiliate Networks Section and found 4 networks copeac,pepperjam,motive interactive and runby affiliates.

Yesterday i applied to run by affiliates and my account got approved. But today i cannot see their name in the affilaite networks section.
