Some jackass murderer tried to fight his death sentence with the argument that getting fried is cruel and unusual punishment. Hmmm....let's think about this....you MURDERED people. Fuck off! What about the cruel and unusual punishment YOU put their families through? Oh, that's right, the victims don't have any rights after you've been sentenced.
