If you google search the name "RhythmOne" or "Tremor Interntional" you should see these are huge companies, and yet we have given up on chasing them for a $700 payout, this has simply been too much for us!
I will try to make this long story short!
We used to work with RadiumOne, which is basically an offerwall we had in our site, we always got paid on time from them, everything was great until RadiumOne was acquired by RhythmOne. RhythmOne was very slow to pay us, we had to chase them for payments for a very long time - it was a hectic and a frustrating process!
Since September - November 2019 already we sent out emails to RhythmOne asking for our payment for June-July 2019, we sent out a few emails - they usually ignored these emails or replied telling us they are having major company restructure, exec board meetings and things like that.
In December 2019 they promised us we will get paid but they never issued the payment! You can see a screenshot here:
Just to clarify - look how many times they "promised" us a payment will be issued:
See this too:
You can see we made $523 between June and Dec 2019:

Since they closed the platform for all publishers I cannot even see how much we made in Jan & Feb 2020 but it's roughly estimated $100-$200 so say $700 in total approx.
I've placed this task since January 2020 on my to-do-list to follow up with this company and see what's going on with it.
I can upload so many more screenshots of them promising to pay us and they simply didn't. Time and time and time again, but I want to keep it short so this thread would be easy to read.
Bottom line - always excuses, hassles, ignoring emails and what's not.
After dedicating so much time into this I felt the need to share this information with the forum, because what they did to us is completely unscrupulous, unfair and it's screaming out loud injustice!
They told us a week ago they have a problem with PayPal so they cannot pay us via PayPal so they asked for wire details which we gave them - now after another week of ignoring emails they asked us for documentation why are we using a non-UK bank account for a UK company - well, quite simply - because we work in dollars and not in pounds and there is no law forbidding you on opening a bank account overseas for a UK company as long as you report whatever you earn - there is no obligation to have a UK based account for a UK company neither.
Now this is a $700 payment, not a few millions in the bank - so what's up with that due diligence? And why couldn't they have asked for it earlier all these months?!
It feels like whatever we try to do - it would never work, these guys would never pay, they will look for any excuse in the book to not pay out ... and honestly there is a limit to how many more efforts and energy we can dedicate into this case - this is simply unfair to use such bad tactics and frustrate publishers in this way!
So all in all - RhytmOne (owned by Tremor International) - we've never wanted to be in this position where there is a scam accusation against you for all this, but you left us no choice - you honestly left us shattered after all this, this is unfair and this is not a way to conduct business with other parties!
We are posting this as a warning to any other publishers conducting business with this/these companies - stay away, we've been burned - don't get burnt like we did!
