rev share on data

Looking to start collecting data and looking to rev share it out to:

1. emailers

2. call centers

3. direct mailers

Any of you guys use anyone you trust or can recommend? Just starting out and would like to talk to some trusted companies/people that already doing this and maybe get some more info.

At the A4D conference I remember Smaxor saying he knew people who wanted purchase data, maybe try talking to him for some buyers.
