All my coded pages include responsive code by default, unless you specifically ask me not to, in order to reduce the price.
Prices start from $60 for very simple templates but they are usually around $120-$180 if it's a standard home template. Subsequent pages cost less depending how many elements they share with the homepage. It's best that you send the design on my mail: mateivancic26@gmail.com and I will give you an exact time and price estimate.
I also provide wordpress conversion services and setting up bought Wordpress templates with certain tweaks.
