Hey picked this up a while ago. I've had a few offers for it but not taken anything yet now looking to offload it and wondering what sort of range I can expect from it. It's undeveloped, the people contacting me have mostly been in the apartment rental area.

Impossible to say on this one as it is purely brandable. As always with domains, they are only worth what people are willing to pay for them. You see some pretty shocking domains sell on SEDO for X,XXX and you thnk what the fuck.

you wouldn't find a reseller taking this one for $50 but I agree with poster above this type of domain could sell for $x.xxx to an enduser, it is super brandable...
