Removing MFA type site form my adsense

I think I remember seeing a tools suggested here to search for and remove those MFA sites who pay pennies to be on my adsense pages.

Anyone know of a tool to search and create a list to restrict those sites from appearing on my pages?

I know the feature in my adsense, just looking for the more automated tools I came across.

Go to Setup => Competitive Ad Filter and enter the URL's of the sites you don't want to appear.
