• Get expenses on the book
• Donations to Goodwill/charities (if you didn't wear it or use it this year, do you need it?)
• Annual Reports (my Wyoming one is due on the 1st)
• Clean out PayPal subscriptions, rebills, etc

And on the lighter side

• Write your new years resolution and smoke your last cigarette ever
• Buy booze
• Get your final fap in

Anything I'm forgetting?

Get ready to kiss this year goodbye and rock 2013. 2012 was a crazy one for many of us. Good riddance...

I recently canceled the best spinner, a couple domain registration renews, and a GoDaddy hosting renewal.
