Hi i'm looking for a system which can track and record sales calls between sales staff and clients. Also stats such as time duration, time of call, day of the call, etc.

Any ideas?

Plivo is what you're looking for. You'll have to get a developer to build a custom dashboard that shows all the metrics you need for each call - location, time of call, duration, disposition (hung up, voicemail etc) and more - but it's pretty simple and more than worth it.

I'd also work with skype. It makes it super easy and cheap.
I use the "Pamela" recorder. Works great, there is even a free version.
Also...skype is much faster than any other VOIP out there due the way they handle their packets.

Asterisk / FREEPBX.

Here is end of day report. I have recording turned off, but turn it on and there will be a link to the recording in that column

EDIT: Most hosted PBX's will give you the above report also are pretty cheap. I can recommend some if you are in Europe

Currently looking to get a PBX system going.

Looking at Plivo VS a custom made solution.

Was wondering if anyone could weigh in on pros/cons.

Biggest concern is call quality, and with a custom solution it seems like youll need to shell out much more coin, while with plivo I hear there is a good call quality.

If there's any developers reading this drop me a line.
