For a CDN you can try LiveStream.com, but there is always ustream.tv

As far as could hosting. There a many providers out there, but price wise I think that Amazon would be the best choice for what you get due to their size.

rackspace's abortion effort 'mosso' - avoid like the plague. I tried it, got badly burnt. Support useless, downtime crap, software buggy.
