Recommendations for adult hosting?

Just curious if anyone out there might have a recommendation for a decent, affordable adult host? Something affordable like DreamHost, but one that allows adult stuff would be nice. Any suggestions r appreciated...

I'm pretty sure HostGator allows adult sites. You could also try checking out some adult forums though, looking for private hosting offers. Or the other way around with some webhosting forums, looking for an adult sticker.
 
dreamhost does allow adult. (or did I missed any recent changes?)
dreamhost may have the best offer but once you get some good traffic using a lot of cpu usage they´ll ask you to reduce the traffic speaking for their shared server. I waited a few months to get an offer for a dedicated server but found my new server at voxrox.net which is running perfectly for the last 8 months or something. they know what they´re doing and are doing custom deals.
I made very bad experiences with the dedicated servers at h2oh-hosting but that may just be me.
 
Thanks for the tip.... I took a look and it looks like they do. They have a "hatchling" account that starts at $4.95/month... LOL

I´m now with voxrox.net and I´m very happy with their servers. you can also ask for custom deals.

I've used dreamhost, hostgator and nakedhosting for my stuff... tho, I don't use dreamhost anymore after they got pissy with me a while back for using too much server resources...

for dedicated I use TechieMedia... top notch support with them... I hear natnet and phatservers are also good for dedicated...

If you're income depends on your host not turning off the site, wouldn't it make more sense to host locally using your own boxes?
 
I use to run a couple of adult sites and I used a dedicated server on I believe krypt.com. They are really fast because the are intended for gamers. If you talk to the owners they will let you do adult hosting.
