I'm planning on putting up a "[nameofcorporation]sucks.com" site and I was wondering what registrar won't fold and take my domain name at the first complaint from the corporate attorneys.

I've heard godaddy.com will drop you the minute that get any kind of complaint.

Same goes for recommendations for a "bulletproof" hosting company.

Thanks in advance.

It is difficult to say what some company will do or not. But I think you should to go with some bigger company. Big companies usually have freelance lawyers and know what to do in such situation.

On the other hand, one-man company will have not always have enough time and money to contact lawyer and more likely will suspend your website.

To avoid future problems you should make sure that your content is in no way in conflict with laws in your contry. Laws are sometimes difficult...

I would usually recommend Moniker, but gandi might be an even better choice for this. Gandi is based in France and has a good reputation for protecting the rights of the domain owner as far as I know.

And of course make sure to use differerent companies as the registar and the host. That way you do not have one point that can be harassed and just seize your domain. Or blackmail you like godaddy has done in the past.

And namecheap uses godaddy for registrations.
