been watching a lot of "Crime" genre lately and loving it. Main focus is on bank robberies etc.

Please recommend me some movies related to prison breaks, escpare, robberies bank or in general anything.

those are the two best movies I've seen in the last few years

A History of Violence, Dirty Harry, the next three days, Layer Cake and public enemies
 
Watch The Next Three Days.

Its about a guy who decides to break his wife out of prison after being arrested for a murder she didn't commit.

My favorite crime movie I saw recently is Boondock Saints. Don't know how it slipped by me, but I never saw it until recently. Some HIGHLARIOUS one liners in there.

Also a great thriller I rewatched last night is Marathon Man...."is it safe?"
 
oh and probably the best escape movie ever is Midnight Express...intense!! watch the interview with the real guy at the end of the dvd, makes it even more crazy.

+1 for The Town, not seen it but heard good things. I'll have to see if I can see it soon before it slips my mind again.
