I need a rage comics builder clone that I can update with the characters from my client, but rather than a four panel comic, it would be a traditional three panel.
It doesn't have to be exact like that and it has to create an output that is shareable, like whatever is built can be downloaded as a JPEG. This strip comics won't be open to the public, so the budget is tight.
