I realize there are many somewhat relevant threads to this question, so before you fucknuts try and be witty and respond with the oh so original "the search option can help" response, hear me out.

I had found a particular niche I was interested in, and went ahead and registered a pretty good domain for what I thought best suit my plan. What I'm hearing though is that the key to not only making the big $$, but also learning how this process works is to make 10's, even 100's of sites and kind of see what works and what doesn't, then fine tune. So if I were to make a couple ten sites about other things, would my domain name (which pertains directly to my first idea) have any effect on other sites I would want to do, which might have nothing to do with the original domain. Basically, what I'm trying to aviod here is registering 100 domains for 100 arbi sites. I'm sure there's an easy answer to this, but I've yet to find it. I know very well there are people (i.e. chrislingle) who develop hundreds of arbi sites at a time, and my guess is he doesn't register 100 domains. Any suggestions? Thanks guys...and gals!:Yahoo_29:

I'll bite. If you don't want to register 100 domains, perhaps you could have one main domain with a bunch of sub domains. For example, http:/productinfo.com/widget-a. Pretty sure this has been mentioned about a mil times anyway, but here it is again.

maybe i dont get what your asking

OK, I think I might understand you a little better now. You are wondering if using the original domain name in your ads (which is unrelated to the other niches you want to explore ) would adversely affect your campaign?

I have read (on these boards) that the relevancy doesn't matter, as well as the opposite. I find it hard to believe that a mismatched domain name displaying in a PPC ad wouldn't negatively affect your CTR. Doesn't this seem a little odd to you?

If you need to buy video games online now,
don't do anything until you read our reviews.

Than don't fucking respond at all. Inner monologues are completely unnecessary. What I am asking is how do you do it. I know you dont register 100 different domains.....

d bag

wow.. you talk shit to the only mf who tried to help out.

wtf are you asking? how to do what, exactly? maybe if you had a clearer fuckin picture of what you are trying to figure out, you could figure it out for yourself.

A domain is just a NAME. no one cares if you have a domain about apples and you make a page about vaginas.

plus, stop being such an ASS. lucab told you to make sub domains for each site. READ NEXT TIME K THANKS!!!

All I was saying was why even say this. Haha I didn't even talk shit, all of you fuckheads look for any reason to increase your posts. Unfortunately, there's absolutely no correlation to cock size. Sorry guys....

So let me put it into words you incompetent dickoffs can understand: IF MY DOUGHMAIN HAV DIFF IDEA THAN CONTENT, WILL IT HERT ME BIG?

When I was doing PPC Arbitrage I registered a generic domain that didn't make sense, and if my niche was about video games I created a directory under that domain. Ex. domain.com/video_games/
Sub domains should also work, but maybe takes more time to setup.

Registering a niched domain and use it for several arbitrage niches would be a bad idea. Specially when shown in the ad copy.

Thank you very much typex. That answered my question completely.

See! He got it!

Hm...by just reading those two, who would you pick to be the bigger asshat?

Maybe wherever your from thanking someone else, no matter how newbie, for answering a question is being an asshat. But let me fill you in on a little secret you might be unaware of....WERE IN AMERICA. HERE IN AMERICA, WE THANK PEOPLE. If you don't want to learn this, pack your fucking shit up, and get the fuck out you commy.

Back on topic....

I just registered 3 generic domains that I can use with any topic. I'll throw a bunch of arbi sites up with the domains and see what sticks. If something really stands out, then I'll spend the money on a specific domain.

Remember, arbi is about volume..... Registering a 1000 domains before you make any money is costly. Registering a few specific domains, while good for learning, is not going to make you enough to be worthwhile.

Ya that sounds like a good idea. I think I'll do that. The specific one I registered I'll use for learning, as it's my first attempt at an arbi site. It might be a little off topic, but while we're here, how many keywords do you think I should have for my specific domain. 10? 20? Thanks for the response.

I would just use on generic domain, that's what I did. If it was an MFA I would get a specific domain if I cared about SE listings but for arbi 1 domain a million one page wonders...I guess.

Wonderboy,

If you asking how many PPC keywords, then get as many as you think are applicable.

If you are asking how many topics to do, again, as many as possible.

I'm asking about ppc keywords. I'm using 7search and was wondering how many you think would be a good number to allow me to learn effectively, yet keep the cost "somewhat" down. Ya know what I mean. Sorry if it's vague..
