Hi All,

I don't know if anyone's noticed but most of Queensland (about twice the area of Texas) is underwater at the moment. It's a pretty full blown crisis here at the moment.

I've made a tool where people can register if they need help and location search for people in need if they want to help.

Trouble is I've only got a shitty little VPS that's going to crash if it gets too much traffic. Does anyone have access to a hefty server that would like to donate it's services for a week or two?

It's a tomcat app so needs tomcat6 and mysql. I'm looking at how quick I can get a working setup on ECS. The local radio stations are going to start announcing it soon though so I've got to move fast.

Site is shitty looking but it's here: Queensland Flood Connections Didn't really have time for pretty stuff.

Please don't spam it. This is for people in really shitty circumstances.

We are keen to help. we do not have Tomcat6 installed on our servers however we could possibly help reduce the loads via other means... please pm me your contact number to discuss this further.
