Quality score, was I slapped?

So my keywords all had 10/10 for a few days, then suddenly down to 7/10. My bids went way up, they were around 0.70, now some have jumped to $4.00! It has to have been a google slap, but what can I do? How can I bring my QS back up? My lander has terms, privacy policy, about me, etc etc and it's not just some copy of the campaign's lander itself, I put a lot of time into it.

It's probably your ctr being only 4%. I'm no expert, but I think that is a little low and thats why the clicks are getting more and more expensive. Should always try to keep it at >8% or so.
 
only 4%? on adwords I thought 4% was pretty good, compared to what I've seen of CTR < 1% from a lot of people

update: Weird, my CTR for many went back up to 10/10.
