2 IPs come with the server but more IPs can be bought @ $1.00/mo per piece.
We support practically all OSs..Linux would be free while windows would cost you $10.00 per month.
We currently don't provide remote reboot ports to our clients but you can ship one to us and we'll put it on your server at a $10.00 support fee.
However, we accept reboot requests via email, and most reboot requests are answered to within 5 minutes!
