Put Post Excerpts From Category Onto Subpage

Is there any way to take post excerpts from a category and make them appear automically on a sub-page?

I want them to appear like they would normally on a homepage just on a sub-page, any way to do this?

Use same homepage template for sub pages just name it page.php. If I understood you correctly
