PSD to WP

Hi All
I have a couple of websites designed in PSD format that I need to have a WP theme created for. I have supporting PDF of screens and notes for you to quote. I would like to try and turn both around within 10-14 days if possible.

They are not huge sites and should be relatively easy.

I am looking for low cost but well done work, both clients have budget restrictions set.

They did some work for me and it is flawless. PSD -> HTML/CSS/PHP using Wordpress.
