Hello everyone,
Basically I need a Wordpress expert to convert my PSD to a fully functional Wordpress theme. This is NOT a basic PSD theme, it is a news style site with a fluid width, 4 columns, mega menus, transparent .png to appear when hovering over images, static header, timthumb image resizing, etc.
You need to know obviously HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript and be able to code everything, as per my requirements
So do NOT apply if your skills are basic, else you will feel like asking for more money because it is taking you too long to figure out the correct code, I need an expert that can execute code with their eyes closed. I can even code basic themes, but this is a little bit over my head.
Summary of what's needed:
- I need the 'homepage' PSD converted into the Wordpress index.php
- It needs to be 'exactly' like the PSD designs, no excuses.
- I need 3/4 additional pages, such as the search results, categories, single.php, and I think that's it...
- There are almost no background images to slice, it's just a nice white background like a newspaper with 4 columns, so it shouldn't be too difficult.
- Then again, I need a Wordpress EXPERT. You need to be able to understand English, and understand what I try and tell you. Last time I had someone from India, and he just couldn't understand what I was saying, with diagrams, arrows, and everything. What a waste of my money...PLUS he knew almost nothing about coding, sigh.
- I pay reasonably well in my opinion (in the high hundreds, if necessary, 4 figures), but I do NOT pay before I see the finished product, no excuses. I've been burned many times, so never again.
- I do NOT pay on an hourly basis, I pay on a job basis. I humbly believe an expert could do my requirements in one full day of work, about 8 hours. My pay though will remain the same, do it in 8 hours or 80 hours, it remains the same.
- Do NOT apply if you're not a Wordpress expert!!
