does anyone know where I can find a service that lets me connect to a proxy server and specify the location that the server is located? specifically, if i could just enter a zip code and have a proxy from any zip in the USA that would be useful. any ideas on how much something like this might cost? i'd be willing to pay a lot. (maybe this should be in sell-buy-trade)
