Prosper202 v1.6.1 install

Hi there, I'm keen to kick off some campaigns but I'm stuck at square one with my Prosper202 install.

Like OP here I cant seem to bring up the install page.

Details:
Hotsgator, with DNSs pointed correctly.
Prosper202 v1.6.1 downloaded unzipped.
The contents (but not the folder) uploaded to public_html

Problem:
The webpage still shows Hostgator's parking page "default.html" and I cant see the index.php in the "prosper202 1.6.1" folder.

I've done a bit of googling and searching of the prosper202 forum but so far no dice.
Any ideas?
Anyone else with a similar issue?

FWIW I've solved the issue by finding a modded install pack on Ad Tracker and stripping the index from that.

Note I didnt use the mod version for anything other than taking the index and cant speak for it.
