Ok, basically I'm using the Prosper202 1.3.2 version, not sure if that would affect the tracking, but I sent 700 clicks to my site with Prosper202 on and Prosper202 captured only 200 of those clicks! As a result, I lost couple hundreds in a day because I was testing out a new lander and would have switched to the old, proven-to-convert lander had I knew the new lander didn't convert well on 700 clicks sent! FML! Now, is this something anyone else is experiencing? Any recommendations?

You probably stole someone's lander and forgot to remove their JS and they stole your clicks and made millions of billions of dollars.
Meaning the OP probably paid for clicks that never reached his page bc of cheap hosting. Probably just getting screwed by the ad network or paying for a ton of clicks from the same people.
700 clicks is too many clicks for any hosting to handle, you'll need a load balancer and 5+ servers evenly distributing the traffic, maybe as many as 12 dedis.
i've sent at least 4 million clicks through prosper since just my last upgrade. You are the fail, not it.
