Prosociate is the new way to build Amazon affiliate stores with WordPress.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Wu9gQMeZwk&hd=1&rel=0]Prosociate - WordPress Amazon Affiliate Plugin - YouTube[/ame]

Get paid. Prosociate integrates with Amazon's affiliate program, so you earn a commission whenever you refer a sale to Amazon.

Easy to use. Prosociate is extremely easy to use, even if you are new to affiliate marketing. Prosociate is a WordPress plugin, which means all aspects of your site can be controlled from the easy-to-use WordPress admin panel.

WooCommerce. Prosociate leverages the power of WooCommerce to be the easiest, simplest, and most powerful solution for building Amazon affiliate stores with WordPress.

Fast and efficient. In less than an hour you can have a ready-to-promote affiliate store, populated with thousands of products.

The difference between Prosociate and every other solution out there is that with Prosociate, you get a site that just works, and works really well, right out of the box.

You don't need to make a bunch of tweaks. Prosociate is already streamlined and polished. There's not a bunch of extra junk on your site like post dates, "Posted by admin" lines, etc.

WordPress + WooCommerce + Prosociate + Any Theme = the new way to build the best Amazon affiliate stores.

Example Site Created With Prosociate

The above demo site is a default WordPress install, using the Bazar Shop theme from YIThemes. No customizations were made. The site was built with Prosociate right from the WordPress admin panel, in minutes.

Visitors Add Products To Their Cart On Your Site

Your visitors can add products to their cart on your website. This way you can get commission for multiple products. When they’re ready to check out, they get taken to Amazon. They get the ecommerce experience they’re used to on a real store and not on an affiliate site.

User-Selectable Product Variations, On Your Site

This is the coolest feature of Prosociate.

Layered Nav gives your visitors a professional shopping experience just like major e-tailers.

Prosociate builds the best Amazon affiliate stores.

Simple & Powerful Admin Panel. Watch the screencasts to see it in action.

Use any WordPress Theme. Because WooCommerce works with any theme, Prosociate works with any theme. No customizations are required. You never have to touch a line of code, even to customize your site. How awesome is that?

90-Day Cookie. Usually there is a 24 hour window to receive credit for a sale after following a standard Amazon affiliate link. But since Prosociate adds the product(s) to the cart, Amazon extends the window to 90 days – ensuring your earning potential is maximized.

WooCommerce. WooCommerce is the industry-standard eCommerce plugin for WordPress. It’s free and you can install it in one click from within Prosociate. WooCommerce is packed with great features that a standalone Amazon plugin would never have a hope of matching.

SEO Plugin Integration. WordPress and WooCommerce already have great SEO features. Prosociate is compatible with any SEO plugin for WordPress, including WordPress SEO by Yoast, and All In One SEO Pack.

Keep Your Data Fresh. Prosociate uses WP Cron to automatically keep your product data fresh with the latest data from Amazon. WP Cron is great because you don’t have to manually configure it, and your host doesn’t need cron jobs. Prosociate does it automatically.

Google Structured Data. Your product data is automatically “marked up” as Structured Data, which Google can read. For example, you may remember seeing star ratings, author names, and product prices in Google’s search results. That’s Structured Data.

Prosociate is perfect for anyone, from veteran marketers, to those looking to enter into the exciting world of affiliate marketing for the first time. Amazon handles all the complex stuff like order processing, delivery, products, etc. All you do is create and promote great-looking affiliate store with Prosociate.

My Review of Prosociate:

Disclaimer: I was given a copy of this in exchange for this review.

I received a copy of this a few weeks ago an there was a problem with the license key for Prosociate that was fixed quite quickly. After that it seemed to work perfectly.

This Wordpress plugin allows one to run a woocommerce theme and then use this plugin to input from Amazon to your products section of woocommerce.

Cost of Other themes and plugins:
I set up several sites with this plugin with the woocommerce plugin which is free and one of several free woocommerce themes. There are several good ones at this link: 20+ Best Free WooCommerce WordPress Themes 2013 - Colorlib
A lot of these use free plugins like sliders or other look and feel modifications. You do not really need paid plugins for these type of sites IMO.
There are some paid themes at woothemes and themeforest you could consider. There are also some good extensions if you wanted to change the design some like the woocommece brands plugin. Or later if you want to make these a normal site if you buy inventory or something.

Using the Plugin:
After entering the usual Amazon AWS and key so you get credit you can get to importing products. The workflow is by creating a new campaign. You pick a amazon category from a popup and search a keyword in that category. This works well but I found myself using amazon in another tab and getting the ASIN and entering it into prosociate if I needed an exact product or version.
Once found you click the products you want to pull in and decide how you want to do categories. Autocreate or make your own. If you have it pull in all the categories and create them it is a little slow.

You might want to do something else for 30 seconds or so.

Come back and all the products are inputted, like said above the images are saved locally and the products are created.
It creates shortcode in the products like [prosociate] for description but you can override and modify the copy.
It works like a normally made product in woocommerce.

The workflow is easy once you get that campaigns are product groups. You can modify or delete them later if you want as a group.
Shoppers can add multiple products to cart. They can add or remove from cart. Then once they go to the checkout page they are transferred to Amazon. When they get there they see the products and confirm they want to add to AMAZON cart.
I was able to fill a domain with content pretty quickly. It seems like a great way to “cookie” people that are likely to buy that exact item from Amazon in the short term.

I plan on making this a tool to create content on some parked domains.
It is a newish plugin and is a little rough around the edges but those are getting ironed out pretty quickly. I will email the team a screenshot I saw that happens with a small browser window. But pretty minor stuff.

Recommended. :cool2:

Disclaimer: I was offered a free copy of the plugin when I expressed an interest after the launch.

What it can do
As the video shows using this plugin you can add Amazon products to your site in a quick and easy way. You can choose to import the Amazon categories that the products are from or you can allocate the products to your own categories so as to curate your own collections. I chose the latter option as I figured it was a better SEO choice.
The images are downloaded to your own site which again is a nice feature when you are trying to avoid the classic affiliate footprint.

I used a paid theme from Themeforest for my site and the plugin worked fine with it.

What I like best
Using a premium theme you can create a site that looks and performs great. Unlike the affiliate sites I used to get away with a few years ago where customers would be sent off to the merchant site at the earliest opportunity, with this site it acts like a real online shop where customers can build wishlists, add to cart etc. All this + great design is only going to help the site look serious which is only a good thing when it comes to link-building, bounce-rate, conversion etc.

I also like the fact that by building the site with woocommerce you have the possibility to switch to a real webshop pretty much any time you want with no migration headaches.

In the past I've made sites with datafeeds and it was a lot more work than this!

Results
I haven't done any marketing to the site but have had 5 sales via Amazon already, plus have had some emails from customers asking about the products. With some efforts on social media I think more sales would come quite easily, we all know how well Amazon converts at this time of year!

Recommended for: Anyone without the time or resource to do real ecommerce but may want to in future, anyone who is already doing well as an Amazon affiliate and so in the top tier of commissions.
