Hi,

With so many projects and so many campaigns it's so hard to keep track of stuff. How do you guys do this ?

I'm looking for software where I can put in development cost. Daily ad spent, daily ad revenue. and see the total per project.

Shouldn't be to hard.

I just started using activeCollab - open source project management and collaboration tool. for general PM.

It doesn't do any cost tracking out of the box, but it's open source so I suppose you can customize it.

rememberthemilk.com for project lists and todo's. it's awesome. tagging. google calender and gmail integration. text message reminders. send email from anywhere.

I'm a big fan of the "Getting Things Done" by David Allen Mentality and RTM works great for that.

And of yeah, unlike Backpack. It's FREE.

Also, use Excel for some basic PPC stuff. If you're talking about heavy duty PPC management, Greywolf just posted a review of adwatcher.com. My lazy ass is thinking of testing it too.

Another free Online GTD app is Traks. It's an opensource app found here Tracks, but it requires ruby installed on your server.

However, there are a number of places that have it set up already and yet you use it for free. I've been using tracks.tra.in: Login for several months and it's been reliable.
