Program to make purchases automatically?

Is there a way to get a custom program made that will make purchases on-line automatically by a set time or date?

Schedule out things.

I'm trying to find a programmer who can do this for a reasonable rate but not even sure if its possible.

This reminds me of a job-board listing I responded to in uni. Some guy needed some "scraping help".

Met with the guy for lunch and it turned out he wanted a script that could automatically buy real estate on Ebay if the listing exceeded a certain keyword criteria threshold that he would specify.

I had a laugh just pondering the kind of keywords you'd feed a levitation machine that could make prudent real estate investments on your behalf.

I didnt expect anyone to send work before pay

When i provide a service, i ALWAYS get paid first if a new client. Few exceptions.

I have a bot in my possession now that people are already using. I just want a website now similar to a competitor but better
