I have a dedicated account with hostgator, and for the most part everything runs nice and smooth. However, I frequently get the problem where I can't access my own site. I've had this problem accessing my site from two homes with a net connection, so I know there will be other people who will have the same problem as me when trying to access my site. This is a very big problem for me as the site is a big moneymaker.
Please note that this isn't a downtime problem. All the downtime checker sites report the site is up, and the site works fine through proxies and for the majority of the people that visit it.
Any ideas?
