Problem with my Aff Network

First off, I know this isn't really that much money to many of you, but it's my first successful campaign and I put almost all of my starting capital into it (~$1k) so it's a big deal to me. Any help / input is greatly appreciated.

So I was working with CPA network X (I'm pretty sure its just a misunderstanding right now and don't want to start shit for no reason) and was promoting an offer that had a payout of $4.40 per lead. I generated 333 leads for a total commission of $1465.20. Then yesterday the offer got pulled, and I stopped running traffic to it (switched to another network with a slightly lower payout on the same offer).

Anyways, today I log in to my affiliate interface and it says I generated $1265.40 in commissions. 333 leads x $3.80 per lead. WTF? I have a screenshot from before but it doesn't include all of my leads though it does include a majority of them and shows it at $4.40 per lead.

My affiliate manager has been offline for the last few hours and not responding to phone calls (not surprising, not usually available at this time), but I'm pretty nervous cause I could really use the cash.

Also, I didn't give them any bad / fraudulent leads and I made sure with my AM that my methods of promotion were acceptable before driving any traffic to the offer.

What do? :angryfire:

Just send your AM an email saying what happened and then go from there....

Usually when they change the payout it only changes the payout for the current day, but if you already have leads for that day those leads would be reset to the lower value. Lowering the payout for days that have already passed is a big no-no that they shouldn't have done. Maybe it was just a mistake, just wait until you hear back.

dude your am is offline for a couple of hours... grow a set... I do not agree with what they have done but dollars to donuts they have notified you by email 12 hours before about the lowering of payout.

What affiliate network are you working with? This is a very serious issue to be discussed and this affiliate network should get some bad reputation if this is true.

Don't out them until you've spoken on the phone to your AM as too many times shit has blown up on here unnecessarily

There is your initial problem. If it was a lower number, and wasn't "almost all" of your capital, you wouldn't be in such a situation.

I agree with you... but its fucking frustrating when you go through all the effort to get a campaign profitable, and then the network pulls this shit.

At least there is no BS with Clickbank in regards to getting paid exactly on-time every time

Hey,

don't be a dick and shit on this guy for investing his money into a profitable campaign.

Many people fail and never get anything profitable and quit. This guy put his faith in a network and a offer.

He got excited and invested his money into something that looked like it was doing well.

I mean getting dicked around is part of the game but seriously, who's side are you guys on?

My advice is get paid what they think they owe you and then start bitching for the rest.

Good Luck
