Problem with adwords campaign

Hey guys, I created a campaign 5 days ago on the content network. It was getting steady traffic and today it stopped getting impressions. My other campaigns in the same account are still working correctly. I tried creating a new account and a new domain and uploaded the campaign to that new account and my ads won't get any impressions.

any ideas? (i am running a re-bill offer)

Yeah most likely google slapped you best of luck make new account with family members name address more likely to get approved & try not to get slapped again lol.

Ok, I re-uploaded everything, the campaign is working but impressions have slowed down a lot. For example an ad group that was having 100k impressions/day is now having 2k/day. (this is on the content network).
Position is still the same (1)
Any ideas?

throw it on a new domain... and a new account. Maybe change the copy a bit if that doesnt work.
