Anyone know of a good private-label mortgage/refinancing lead program that lets you take leads from your site?

I know the CPA networks have nice lead forms and shit but I would like one I can design into my site...

You ever use leadpoint? What types of rates are they paying? I know it's an auction but an avg. for each type of lead would be helpful.

Nope. No Rx for me. I've been done with that for about 2 years. I do pay attention to what's going on over at the other forum though.

As far as lead rates go, it varies from state to state. If you get a refinance lead for California, you're looking at anywhere from $100 to $150. Other states aren't nearly as good though.

Is it like lead affprograms though where you get paid if the lead is bad/good or no matter what? Or do they get to pick and choose if they want it?
 
I run one =) ...net15 payment via wire or check, sliding scale based upon state up to 37 per lead...pm me if you have any interest.
