Private Ad Sales question

Does anyone sell private ads along with their affiliate offers? I am wondering because I am looking for a way to serve customers ads by CPM and not just by charging a flat fee.

If you know of any good ad servers let me know.

Google Ad Manager is a good alternative to openads.

Big advantage: Google hosts it, so it's not as easy to manipulate if you want to use it for reporting/billing purposes. It also integrates with adsense.

Thanks a lot guys. I will try both and see which is the best. Ad Manager looks pretty good so far.
