That's 3x what it's making off of AdSense alone right now. Honestly the site has been neglected for a while, with a little love and care I think one could easily make more than $6k/year off it.
If nothing else, it's over 45,000 unique pages to play with. I would advise he hold on to it and we Seo-ify the site, but we're looking to concentrate on some other apps at this moment.
