as i have read about PR it is calculated by google and domain dosnt matter for PR. and pr is calculated after 3 month and pr changes on depending the traffic and your links on other sites...

PR3 Must use Typepad.

PR2 is Drupal

PR1 is Wordpress

PR0 is Joomla.
