I have bought plenty of these templates and they are always great. You cannot beat these for the price. Check out the normal LPs as well.
 
Had 2 custom pages done. One opt-in and one reg. Both with css/xhtml. Design impressed me the first time around - needed 2 or 3 very small revisions, but otherwise they were great. Turn around time was very fast. I received both files designed and coded in just under 3 days.

Price is a bit higher than others, although not by much, however, turn around time and design quality made it completely worth it.

Will be using again in the future.
