I have some questions I hope someone can help me.

In Google, if I have a campaign called "Self Defense" and in it one of my ad groups is called Women's Self Defense and in that a keyword list for that topic... of related keywords. Do I have to use keywords for plurals as well?

Like this:

Women self defense
women's self defense

Also, in that adgroup I have seen this before but not sure why, would I use broad match, phrase match and exact match all in one ad group? Won't braod match kill my CTR, and bring the ROI on that campaign down with all the irrevelant keywords (granted i use several negative terms)?

Like this:

women self defense
women's self defense
"women self defense"
"women's self defense"
[women self defense]
[women's self defense]

Cheers.

I guess I just figured out the first question I had. Google's Expanded Phrase match works for Brand-matched-keywords only.

My second question still needs help though.

Why and how would I use broad match, phrase match and exact match in a an adgroup together effectively?

I have also heard that you place all keywords in their own adgroup? Is this true? Because, it doesn't make sense to have all of these in an adgroup. It doen't make sense to say you want to search for women self defense and [women self defense]

women self defense
women's self defense
"women self defense"
"women's self defense"
[women self defense]
[women's self defense]

Please help.

Cheers.

Google quality score has nothing to do with the kws in your adgroups. QS is derived basically from your CTR and the relevance of your landing pages as it pertains to your ads.
