I can show you ways how to make unlimited accounts without spending any money , since the method what everyone uses, it takes like $20+ investment or even more. And not use VCC etc ,which can hurt your account and have no ability to scale it, since they are blacklisted often by google. Especially the most popular ones.

Also if done right you do not need Credit Card at all. You can just make and account. Get free $100 from google and use that credit to advertise your site. Then once voucher runs out, just make another account or have multiple accounts running.

I'm just pointing out facts. Your OP, in your own words says:

You say you can do 1 hour right there... but now you can't?

anyways i cant tell the hour rates if i dont know the exact problem.
Need to chat first to find some solutions.....

Price is normally in 2
options . A) $1200 or B) $600+ $500 next month and $500 month after
