So I've got a campaign that I've tested with a very limited keyword set and had some decent conversions on that. So I did some keyword research, widened my focus to a very wide range of keywords for a full-out test of the offer. I've seen it recommended to set starting bids very high so as not to exclude the winning keywords. Problem is, a few short-tail keywords are eating up my entire budget, not giving the others much chance to perform.

Do I cut back my bids on those short-tails? Do I just increase my daily budget (can't do this too too much)? Do I take those short-tails out of the campaign and put them on a separate campaign with a separate budget?
