Most of them ban certain terms for use with PPC if you are an affiliate trying to earn sales. If you aren't trying to get commission from selling their product, I dont think they can do much about it.
The PPC promoter (Google or whoever ) might object if they get a call from the company saying you (and by implication Google ) are infringing their trademarked name
