Possible copyright issue...?

I reg'd xboxauthority.com a few weeks ago, with the plan of developing it into an xbox game review/preview/etc site. Since then a few people have said I may be facing a lawsuit if I develope the site... Do you think xboxauthority.com is a violation of copyrights?
I don't really want to fuck with Microsoft...
