Policy on PM Spam?

So, I get an alert by email that I have a new PM so I rush to my inbox to see which of my gay webmasters needs me. I find a sales pitch of some writer wanting me to use their services. No doubt, he harvested the usernames from a BST thread where someone was giving away review copies.

Now, if his cotent was decent I wouldn't have really cared, but it was shit! So what is the policy on this? Should I report to mods? Carry on and ignore?

This seems to be happing more and more and personally it pisses me off.

I would, but the samples he pointed me to were shit so why would I waste my time having "sample" content written?

Also, the point is that offers are suppose to be presented in the BST section. I don't mind if someone I have done business with before writes me a personal message or pitches me, but this was obviously sent to multiple people.

The report button in the PM usually gets a quick response, but you should post the PM here so we can all LOL at it.
