POF Bids...

So POF appears to just blanket recommend CPM bids of 40-80 cents.

I don't see any reporting to show you what position your ad is getting at your particular bid... am I blind?

I've been running some of my first POF ads, highly targeted, at 0.30 and getting tons of impressions... so I'm starting to wonder if I can by even cheaper...

Since I don't understand POF ad positioning (my real downfall/flamebait/noob/sorry) I don't want to completely cheap myself out and get "less valuable lower positions" that I'm still paying for the impression on...

So yeah... can someone explain if POF has ads positions and what the realistic range of bid prices is?

I've tested all over the board... and I'm having a hard time zeroing in on what's appropriate...

Thanks for the thread link... I tried searching it out to no avail... likely because 3 letter words aren't allowed (understandably) in search so I couldn't search for "pof" - couldn't find anything relative in "plenty of fish" searches

You can't know your position. It's a bidding system, so at any given time an ad is shown to a user, the highest bid for that particular user's targeting wins.

You can set the session depth (session depth increases by one each time a user refreshes/goes to another link in the same session) if you want to target a specific range of session depth only.
