Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone could check out my new blog “Dating Guide Online”.

Any hints and tips on how to do anything better would be greatly appreciated. I have enough content for this baby for over a year.

So far getting about 15-20 unique hits a day and the CTR is awful. So far ive made about 10cents via Adsense... thinking about putting some aff links in as well.

Looking at the main page, each post doesn't make me think there's more to it than what's there. I would add the 'Read more >>' link. Also, the authors name is admin. That doesn't sound sexy. Change it to Chad, Steve or even Bianca.

I'm not big on dates for each post on the main page. Blog readers tend to hit the front page, skim, then jump out if nothing is new. I think the design is pretty good. It's close to content sites where I see all small blogs changing back to with the help of some good themes. Think playboy.com.

Give it time but if you want to get more clicks, wrap your content around an ad unit at the top of the post and blend it. Move your categories to the left and put in the 300 x 250 ad unit on the right. Test this part but try images only like your doing with different ad units.

For SEO, list yourself in free directories. Comment on other blogs without nofollow tags. Once you get your blog rolling, create Blogger, WP.com and Squidoo pages and repost your articles with backlinks. Look for some automation programs that bookmark your links at StumbleUpon and whatever else.

Now if I can only do that myself. May the force be with you.
 
In my opinion, within each post itself, there is a lack of graphics or pictures. Texts full of the pages seem to be a little ´´overwhelming´´.

Looks good! Do more keyword research. 'Dating Guides Online' is one of the keywords in your Meta. The site at the top of Google has only 2 backlinks using those keywords. That's a little misleading I think. Get more incoming links using the method I mentioned above and get those sites indexed.
 
Click on any of the hot chicks and you get a page with a pic of the girl, and the "Recent Readers" avatars and a big black chunk above the pic. Plus the title is "Nothing found for Hot-Women-Pics"
