Each contest is a different level based on the first affiliate to reach X sales. Once an affiliate reaches ‘X’ sales, then that affiliate is awarded the prize that is reserved for that tier of the contest.

This affiliate program is to be based on two tiers. This means, that there is compensation possible to affiliates in the event that either they personally refer a sale, or if they refer someone who becomes an affiliate who then in turn refers someone who becomes a sale. Compensation will be reduced by 50% for tier 2.
1st Tier – Refers to those sales which result directly from an affiliate sending a visitor to the website, where that visitor ends up purchasing ‘product’ on the site.
2nd Tier – Refers to those sales which result directly from an affiliate sending a visitor to the website, where that visitor signs up as an affiliate, and then this new affiliate refers a new visitor to the website where this new visitor ends up purchasing ‘product’ on the site.- Basic Compensation Plan

Affiliates are compensated for referring people, or 2nd tier affiliates who refer people, who end up purchasing ‘product’. - Percentage Based Compensation Plan Structure
This affiliate program is structured according to the principle that for every sale made through an affiliate’s efforts, the affiliate responsible for that sale as well as the affiliate who is responsible for having referred that affiliate are each entitled to a percentage of the revenue received. This is structured thus:
1st Tier: Affiliate shall receive payment of 10% of total of sale. For example, if a Product is sold for $250, then the 1st Tier Affiliate responsible for that sale shall be owed $25.
2nd Tier: Affiliate shall receive payment of 5% of total of sale. For example, if a Product is sold for $250, then the 2nd Tier Affiliate responsible for that sale shall be owed $12.50. - Payment Schedule and Method
An affiliate is owed money once payment from its 1st or 2nd Tier sale has cleared whatever banks or other financial institutions are necessary in order to confirm that the monies received are in the hands safely of www.?????????.com.
Whenever an affiliate has accumulated more than $100.00 in owed commissions, then a payment is to be sent to that affiliate on the 1st day of the next calendar month.
Every 15th of every calendar month, every affiliate account will be examined in order to determine which affiliates have accrued more than $100.00 and then these affiliates will be those to receive a payment on the 1st day of the next calendar month.

Whenever a visitor signs up for an affiliate program, the system will automatically assign them a number that will be used as the ‘affiliate id code’ also called ‘affiliate id’. This ‘affiliate id’ will be used to distinguish one affiliate from another, and will be used to keep track of each affiliate’s sales, payments owed, and other related account information.

Where the ‘12345’ will be replaced by the actual affiliate ID. Any visitor who is sent to this URL who ends up either becoming an affiliate, or becoming a sale, will credit the affiliate who sent them.

Whenever a visitor arrives at a URL such as www.?????????.com a cookie will be set on that visitor’s machine, encoding the affiliate ID which was responsible for the visit. On both the thank you page for the affiliate program, and also on the thank you page for purchasing ‘product’, a small html based tracking code will exist that can pick up the cookie to determine which affiliate was responsible for the sale.

Affiliates will be able to log in and see basic statistics such as how many visitors they have sent, and how many sales (1st/2nd tier) as well as the amounts of their sales, and pending commissions, have resulted from their efforts. This information is also available to administrative staff.
