PHP Word Scrambler

I am noticing a few Windows based programs (.exe's) that will do word scrambling for content, but I am looking for a PHP script with the ability to pull this off effectively. Hoping to find something that works well enough that the scrambled content is still readable and legible, and will not hurt me (as much!) in terms of duplicate content.

Can anybody lead me in the right direction?

When you scramble your content are you wanting it to always be unique yet readable? Also can search engines etc tell if a paragraph is just rearranged, do keywords have to be changed in order to effectively spin or would this work?

google based their searches on 2, 3, 4, 5 keywords phrases... and also on word amounts. But that's as far as they go. What they do track is visits on each site and browsing behaviors.
